1. Service and acceptance
Factory Line is operated by First Class Ventures, LLC, doing business as OdooClass.com. It provides a creative production workspace and authorized YouTube channel tools. The Google-connected Channel Studio is currently for the owner and expressly authorized assistance, not public channel onboarding.
By using Factory Line, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Factory Line uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube-connected features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Authorized access
Connect only an account or channel that you own or have authority to manage. Keep application credentials private and grant operators only the access required for approved work. Do not bypass access controls, use another person’s credentials without permission or interfere with the service.
The permissions displayed by Google define the approved API access. Read access, analytics and uploads are separate capabilities. Optional access requires consent, and unavailable or unimplemented operations are not enabled merely by connecting an account.
3. Content and publication choices
You remain responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions required for source files, music, images, voices, likenesses and other materials. You retain your rights in the materials you supply. You authorize the service to process and transmit those materials only as needed for the work you request and applicable service operation.
Publication requires an instruction identifying the channel, video and publication choices. You must review the title, description, audience declaration and visibility before an upload. A connection, library import or analytics refresh does not itself authorize publishing a video.
The current assisted upload feature supports private and unlisted requests. An unlisted YouTube link can be accessed and shared by people who receive it; it is not an access-controlled private workspace file. YouTube controls processing, restrictions and final availability. Changes to existing video settings require a separate request and a supported operation with suitable permission.
4. Prohibited use and AI-generated imagery
You must not use Factory Line, its connected services or Google APIs to create, facilitate, upload or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII). The service is not offered for sexual deepfakes or intimate impersonation.
Also prohibited are sexual exploitation of children; unlawful privacy violations; impersonation intended to deceive; harassment or threats; copyright infringement; fraud; malware; unauthorized account access; and attempts to evade Google or YouTube restrictions. Obtain consent where required for the use of a person’s likeness or voice. Review AI-generated material for accuracy, rights and appropriate disclosures before use.
5. Data use and removal
The Privacy Policy describes collection, use, sharing, retention, browser storage and deletion. You can disconnect a channel, delete its local data and revoke the application through Google Account connections. Local deletion does not delete videos on YouTube or the original workspace media. Contact the operator if you need help removing those separate records.
6. External services and availability
Google, YouTube and creative-service providers operate independently and apply their own terms, permissions, quotas and restrictions. Factory Line does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular processing time, publication acceptance, reach, engagement or revenue. The service is provided as available; maintain copies of work you need to retain.
Factory Line is operated by First Class Ventures, LLC and is not a Google or YouTube product. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Suspension and changes
Access may be restricted to protect accounts, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a violation of these terms or provider requirements. Ending application access does not necessarily remove videos already sent to YouTube. You can continue to request local data deletion through the contact below.
Material changes to service use or Google-data handling will be described in updated terms and privacy disclosures, with additional consent where required. The effective date above identifies this version. Any mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
